  • Fruits: dehydrated through the Modified Vacuum Drying (MVD) process, which guarantees the most important organoleptic characteristics such as flavor, color and nutritional values. We have seasonal fruits, tropical fruits, citrus fruits, citrus peels or wild fruits.
  • Vegetables and aromatic herbs: they have low microbial loads and controlled humidity. We have a rigorous selection of olives, garlic, vegetables, tubers (potato, beet, carrot) and aromatic herbs (basil, chives, dill, rosemary, arugula, pesto, etc...).
  • Legumes: beans, chickpeas, peas and lentils precooked whole, in granules or powdered form.
