BARPRO® 586 AND BARPRO® 291: Milk protein isolates and concentrates > 82-90% protein. High protein content (20g of high quality protein per 60g of bar). Maintains soft texture during shelf life, preventing hardening. Specially designed to obtain airy textures.
BARFLEX® 191: Partially hydrolyzed whey isolate > 90%. Allows to add 10g of protein per 35g of serving. Minimizes hardening of the bars. Excellent mouthfeel, taste and texture.
