    Cabosse Naturals fights against food waste with its range of natural ingredients, composed of cocoa fruit juice, pulp (in liquid and powder form) and concentrate.

    Fiber obtained from flax with a hydrocolloid-like structure.

    Easy solubility and dispersibility. Improves viscosity and mouthfeel by creating a weak gel at low dosage. Can substitute different gums such as xanthan gum, carrageenans, etc. Neutral flavor. In sugar-reduced beverages, it helps to compensate mouthfeel. Application: smoothies and beverages.
  • PREGELATINIZED LEGUME FLOURS
    Rapid viscosity development, gelatinization temperature 68-72ÂşC. High protein and fiber content, gluten free. Resistant to intense heat treatment. The treatment deodorizes the product so as not to impart off-flavors.
  • PREGELATINIZED RICE FLOUR
    They need a temperature of 70-80ÂşC for 3-4 minutes for complete gelatinization. They contain 3% protein and 0.5% fat. They allow the replacement of E numbers. They act as thickeners or emulsifiers generating gel structures or providing mouthfeel.
