What does a consumer value in a plant-based product?

Glanbia Nutritionals' BarHarvest pea protein is designed to improve the shelf life, moisture and smooth texture of cereal and protein bars, crackers and baked goods.

It offers a wide variety of solutions while minimizing the dryness, brittleness and hardness during shelf life often associated with vegetable proteins. 

Plantaris for dairy and nutry sectors

Plantaris has been designed to help manufacturers overcome common challenges in formulating Plant-Based protein products.

Its taste and mouthfeel is very similar to that of animal proteins with the advantage of incorporating a high quality vegetable protein to its formulations.

The Plantaris range includes two types of protein isolates:

  • Plantaris Pea isolate 85A (Pea protein based).
