    Cabosse Naturals
    Reprocessing ingredient from cocoa fruit. Its range of natural ingredients is composed of cocoa fruit juice, pulp (in liquid and powder form) and concentrate.
  • VEGAN ALTERNATIVES TO POWDERED MILK
    Oat, rice and millet extract powder 100% of vegetable origin. We also have whole oat flour that has been hulled, milled, heat-treated and hydrolyzed. It does not have the grit and viscosity of a standard flour, allowing for easy vegan applications.

    Sucrosomial® Technology
    Used to improve the absorption and tolerance of microelements and macroelements. Increases the absorption of the active ingredient, protects the active ingredient from the acid gastric environment, reduces the interaction with other nutrients, avoids typical side effects and ensures a neutral taste. Allergen-free, neutral flavor and water soluble. It does not contribute sweetness, but shares many functional properties of sugar.
  • MICROSIN
    Insoluble corn fiber of very fine granulometry. Acts as a bulking agent to reduce the sugar content in fat applications. Does not contribute sweetness.
  • MILK PROTEIN ISOLATE AND CONCENTRATE
    Milk concentrate 80% and whey protein isolate 90%.
  • Plantaris™ VEGETAL PROTEIN CONCENTRATE.
    Range of vegetable protein isolates from pea or bean. The protein has undergone an innovative process to facilitate rapid dispersion in an aqueous medium. Fairly neutral taste, good mouthfeel and high stability over time.
     
  • PROTEIN EXTRUDATES
    Crunchy and very pleasant taste. Based on milk or vegetable protein. Different protein concentrations.
  • CRUNCHY LEGUMES
    Ready to eat options are crunchy legumes treated in a natural way, without frying, which offer many possibilities: they improve the nutritional profile and can be used as decoration or inclusion. They can be incorporated inside the chocolate dough, providing a very interesting crunchiness.
  • WATER-BASED FILLINGS

They do not contain palm fat. Wide range of flavors: blueberry pie, passion fruit, pistachio, lemon pie, speculoos, salted, caramel, etc.
  • AROMAS
    Extensive range developed specifically for confectionery products. Available in natural or synthetic format, powder or liquid.
  • COLORANTS
    Natural colorants, coloring foodstuff or artificial. Powder or liquid.
  • CARAMELIZED MILKS
    Obtained by a slow process of caramelization and drying to achieve different intensities of color and flavor. The range includes references without aroma or with special aromatic profiles: toffee, dulce de leche, coffee, etc. Option of vegan caramelized milks.
