Currently, the demand for exotic aromas and flavors from different continents has increased. Consumers are venturing, more and more, to know new cultures and of course we could assure that we already live in a global world where the consumer in every corner of the planet has tasted or knows the flavors that exist in every continent.
TRADES offers you together with Curt Georgi a summary of the aromas in trend this year 2019 for the chocolate sector.
Within this launch are the aromas of Europe, traditional flavors, from our culture and our grandmother, the "Grandma's Secret", aromas such as our beloved rice pudding or more Nordic flavors such as gingerbread, cheesecake and lemon cake.
Secondly, we have the African flavors, high-impact creations focused mainly on coffee, such as the "Double Espresso Flavour".
Asian flavors could not be missing and Curt Georgi has developed the exotic flavor "Yuzu Sorbet". And from Asia we go to the cold Antarctic with "Frozen berries", "Purple Iceberry" and "Glacier berry", flavors that work very well in chocolates, providing an extraordinary freshness and flavor.
Finally, there is America, the new continent, with new flavors such as "Strawberry Colada", the same concept as the piña colada but with strawberry, or "Pink Lemonade", a delicious and refreshing flavor.
