As first releases of the range, we present the water-proof raspberry and banana water proof references: pieces of raspberry and banana crunch coated with cocoa butter, which makes them resistant to humidity to keep them crunchy.
Its most important characteristics are:
- Natural ingredients, without flavorings or colorings
- Approximate size: 3 - 10 mm
- Cocoa butter coating
- Stays crisp in cold applications (ice cream, frozen pastries, yogurts, etc.)
