First, there are the traditional recipe references, which offer 100% natural caramelized milk powder, with four levels of caramelization (roasting) and five levels of fat content (0%, 13%, 20%, 20%, 22% or 30%) to choose from. The most toasted options are those most recommended to provide color and flavor at an optimum cost.

And secondly, the specialties, which are based on traditional recipes and, in addition, are enhanced with aromas to achieve aromatic profiles that will give you exquisite flavors practically without changing the color of your creations, such as toffee, dulce de leche, crème brûlée, coffee or panna cotta.
