With almost 50 years of history, we are immersed in a new growth project and we need talent. This is how Durania Talent was born : a program to recruit new talents who are eager to learn, who know how to think "beyond" and who, with responsibility, joy and teamwork, help us to drive new projects.
We believe in young people because our founders and current managers started very, very young. Today, many of them are still in the group after more than 20 years, and now more mature and experienced, they are eager to "mentor" young people who want to make a similar career. It's time to start the relay race!

On November 9, 2022, we held the First Durania Talent Open Day in which more than 50 participants took part in the selection process to join TRADES, BIOSER and FOODISSIMO. Joan and Rocío have already joined the Trades team!
