The commitment to the team involves understanding the realities of all of us who are part of the company, listening to the different ideas, adding the individual potential of each one of us and always collaborating together in the same direction.
Every year we hold a minimum of two teambuilding days to get to know each other better and share unique moments outside the office.
Last October we had the privilege of tasting wines at the Jean Leon winery in Torrelavit (Barcelona) and enjoying a dinner together.
We learned the importance of how small changes (such as year, time, color, tenacity, combination of ingredients...) can make big differences.
The next day, a very inspiring session of Inti Training&Coaching was waiting for us with Ana Guiu, who accompanied us and taught us ways to be more efficient, productive and happy and to grow both individually and as a team.
We carry out a strong work of introspection to get to know ourselves better, understand the values that define us and share the ideas that will help us build a team ready for any challenge.
