Trades notes that, according to theICEX report,the foodtech sector attracted 268 millioneurosin investmentin Spainin 2022, representing a 9.38% increase.

At Alimentaria FoodTech, Trades will present its new line of certified ingredients made from this fruit for a wide range of applications, including beverages, ice cream and sorbets, dairy products, desserts, and fruit snacks.
