From September 26 to 29 in Barcelona, Trades participated as an exhibitor, along with Bioser, in the new edition of Alimentaria FoodTech, where it was able to present the most innovative innovations of its portfolio and have the presence of four of its represented companies: Cabosse Naturals, Curt Georgi, Glanbia Nutritionals and Ynsect.
For us it is important to bet on the FoodTech industry, a driver of innovations and new businesses in the Food and Beverage sector that provide solutions to the different layers of the food chain, but also to the needs of consumers who are increasingly concerned about what they eat and the environmental impact generated by their purchasing decisions. "A food product must be attractive, healthy, sustainable, innovative and always safe," they say. they state. For this reason, TRADES participated together with its sister company BIOSER, specialized in food safety.
The participation of our represented companies was key in Alimentaria FoodTech
In this edition, we have the participation of four key companies that are committed to innovation in the food industry: Cabosse Naturalsthe company that is joining the revolution against food waste by reusing cocoa fruit, Curt Georgiexperts in flavors for bakery, confectionery, dairy and other applications since 1875, Glanbia Nutritionalsrecognized worldwide for their specialization in functional protein solutions, and Ynsectwhich introduces the world's first line of functional ingredients from insects in a 100% circular process.
Cabosse Naturals, Glanbia Nutritionals and Ynsect presented their innovations in the Ingrenova space and were finalists in the Innova Awards.
We highlight the Better for you trend as one of the cross-cutting themes of our represented brands. Protein continues to be a must for consumers and healthy ingredients are becoming increasingly important in purchasing decisions. However, indulgence will always be a winning bet, such as the naturally flavored chocolates that Curt Georgi offered visitors.
We look forward to seeing you in the next edition with more news!
